What kinds of technology decisions do you help with?

I’ve assisted with a variety of leadership decisions and review everything on a case-by-case basis. A few examples that come to mind: evaluating technology vendors and their contracts, building budget cycles and other important technology investments, understanding risks and trade-offs in plain terms, re-evaluating security upgrades, etc.

Do you work remotely or on-site?
Traditional IT consulting typically offers to design solutions for an organization. Managed service providers (MSPs) keep things up-to-date and are ensure IT operations. Think of me more as a board level advisor for technology risk and judgment.
Sessions are a fixed fee, Reviews are scoped based on each individual organization and their needs, and Partnerships are ongoing monthly retainers.
I operate within a hybrid geography model. I’m regional-to-remote.
